Local Eyes on Your Mountain Home — When You Can’t Be There

BirdDog™ performs regular visits, thoroughly inspects your property, and reports back clearly—so you return to peace of mind, not problems.

Keeping Small Problems from Becoming Bigger Ones

When a mountain home sits empty, small problems rarely stay small. Sudden weather shifts, hidden moisture, wildlife activity, pests, or a developing HVAC or plumbing issue can cause damage if no one is there to notice.

Regular visits from BirdDog help catch issues early, keeping a careful eye on your property so concerns can be addressed before they grow into larger problems.

A Local Presence You Can Count On

BirdDog is based in Sapphire Valley. We’re not hard to find—we live and work here, so we understand the unique challenges mountain homes face. When we say we’ll show up, we will—and if you need to reach us, we’re a call or text away (yes, we actually answer our phones).

Every visit follows National Home Watch Association (NHWA) accredited standards and is performed with a trained eye and careful attention to detail.

What We Check During Every Visit

BirdDog visits follow a consistent checklist designed to help catch issues early and keep your mountain home in good condition. Visits are available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, with on-demand visits available when situations arise.

  • Interior walkthrough of all living areas
  • Signs of leaks, moisture, or water intrusion
  • Storm damage or anything out of place
  • Entryways, porches, and decks cleared for curb appeal
  • Pest or wildlife activity
  • Heating, cooling, and basic systems operating normally
  • Doors, windows, and entry points secure
  • Mail and packages collected if present
  • Anything unusual noted in the visit report

Always Know What’s Happening at Your Mountain Home
